Sony Online Entertainment is now accepting applications for their third-annual G.I.R.L. Scholarship! This award comes with up to $10,000.00 towards a student’s tuition and other educational expenses. Even better – the winner will have the option of participating in a 10 week internship with Sony Online Entertainment!

Women often bring a whole new perspective to the gaming industry, which is why companies such as Sony are sitting up and taking notice. As more of us girls give ourselves over to the game, manufacturers are scrambling to figure out what it is we want to see and do when we play.
