I've got to ask-- What's the battery life? :D Do you get more than 20 minutes, or is it better to think of it as a built-in UPS? :D

The Ideal Man

How good is a review that doesn't include the most physically dominant feature of this laptop? Wouldn't that be lacking a little?

I think the article does a good job pointing out that this is not the notebook for everyone because of its size, but that despite that, its a beast of a machine.

I feel there were too many things missed here and that the review was more subjective rather then looking at the laptop for what it was designed for. When anyone looks at a 20.1” laptop, they understand that it may not have the best battery life or be really portable to carry around as if it were like an ultra-mobile PC, but who would’ve thought you could really extend a powerful gaming machine into something as portable and light as HP made it. This notebook is really made for gamers who want their experience to extend past their setup station at home. After looking at this laptop, and reading how it always gets such negative light towards its weight and monstrous size, I pose two questions:

1) How many people own a desktop that weigh less then this machine (not even including an LCD or (CRT) monitor?
	2) How many people have the luxury of being able to carry around a machine that can do all the functions that this machine can do to the extent that it does.

This laptop is perfect for anyone who wants the ability to carry around a desktop, although you may not transport it as much as a conventional laptop. Who can say they have a portable 20.1” TV which is HD-ready up to a resolution of 1080p and is accented by dual TV tuners, HDTV and analog and Blu-Ray ready. To most college students, this laptop is a dream come true! How many college students have an HDTV or Blu-Ray player that also can get them their email and campus menu’s! Something this small that packs that much power is really remarkable…
