Next is to focus on a couple of relevant problems upon start up i receive two error messages.....

the first is a Registry editor error (hopping there is no damage to the hard drive) Cannot import C:\Windows\System\radE5C0B.tmp error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error....

the next is not necisarily a error but a problem it states.... Content Advisor.... Please check your content advisor settings for missing infomation. When i follow the steps to access the advisor and try to disable there is no response and when clicking on settings there is a password and well nedless to say the password has long been forgoten so is there anything i can do because i cant even access the help program to use the restore program because of it.... which brings me to the final question the system restore will not work at all it ask you to restart in order for it to work and when you do the same message.... I know I am in a mess and sense i have a xp there seems not to be much use in fixing it but its for someone that cannot afford a computer i want to fix it and give it to them so they can atleast do school work and right now its just a lump of crap.... i appreciate any helpthat could be given
