I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 that i can not get to start up. When i plug in the ac adapter a yellow light flashes on the LED board and the fans spin for a second, then it all stops. I can hear a faint humming noise coming from the computer so it seems something is getting power. Also when i first plug it in, i can hear the computer trying to start up but then fails. There is no display. Please help, i dont know if i need to get a new motherboard, cpu or what!!
