"memory can't be written" error after logging in Windows

OS: Windows XP



Hi All,
It's a new computer from DELL, I installed Windows XP SP2 and all new updates, anti-virus software, and some Office software. But after one Windows update sometime, there was a error ---

"0x01012962" command referenced "0x01012962" memory, memory can't be written error after logging in Windows XP randomly. It confused me. Thanks for your help.
