Final Update: The move is all finished, and all major ISP have the new DNS info, so everything should be back to normal. If you notice anything unusual, please reply to this topic or send me a PM. smile.gif

If you're on broadband you should notice the site is much faster. Gotta love those low server load numbers. biggrin.gif If anyone's interested here's the spec's:

Secondary HDD: None
RAM: 1024 MB RAM
Number of ips: 5 IP Addresses
Bandwidth: 1000 GB Bandwidth
Uplink Port Speed: 10 Mbps Uplink
Web Analytics: Urchin 100 profiles
Floodguard: Protect a 8 IP Block
SQL Server: None
Backup Service: None
Operating System: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Version 3 (recommended)
Server Management Plan: None
Control Panel: cPanel/WHM with Fantastico

UPDATE: Server move completed. If you're seeing a hostingthing.us URL it means you've been redirected from the old server and things may not work the way you're expecting--but you're still able to access the site. By Tuesday everyone should have their DNS settings updated, and running on the new server. If not, click Start -> Run, type command, at the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns ...New enhancements comming soon--can't change too much at once. wink.gif

SITE MAY BE UNAVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND: We will be moving this site to a new server. We've tested the move and all should go well. However, this move means that we need to change DNS settings--which means that this site may be unavailable to you until the DNS changes propagate. Depending on where you live in the world--that can take anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days. We will have a redirect available that should take you to the new server.

This new server will be faster, and allows for future growth. It will also allow us to add features like live chat and downloads, as well as pave the way for other planned future service improvements. Thanks for your understanding and continued support. thumbsup.gif
