Best Notebook PC for under $1000

Ok, I just want to know. What brand of notebook PC do you think is the best on the market for multimedia, primarily audio and audio editting, and is under $1000? Give me your opion and why.

Hi. "Best" would mean different things to different people, and it really depends on what you intend to do with the laptop computer. I would suggest some web searches, read reviews etc and make your informed decision based on that.
