4RSYFVG comes up every time I type, 4RSYFVG comes up everytime I try typing

Hi

Whatever I try to do on my laptop whether in word excel e-mail etc all that appears is 4RSYFVG over and over again. I cannot get access to the internet so I cannot run any on line spyware or anti virus. I have AVG and have run this but nothing came up. I'm sorry this is abit vague but I don't know how else to describe it.
