Ok, here is my problem. We recently developed an issue with our modem. Due to the modem problem I downloaded all the newest drivers for it(USR 5686E), installed them, and then we found out the problem was actually our phone line. That has been resolved now. Unfortunately around that same time our PC began experiencing blue screen issues. There were two messages. One was an nvidia driver message, and with some searching around on the internet I figured out that I needed to update my driver, and that message now appears to be gone. The other error message is the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL error. This happens primarily when my sister is playing Everquest. I can surf the internet to play poker for hours with no problem, but there appears to be a problem with that specific game. As such I have tried everything I could find. I ran an antivir scan in safe mode, I've ran spybot and adaware til I'm blue in the face, and I read that I should post a hijackthis log here and see if you folks can help. I posted a different HJT log a few months back when I had a ton of spyware, but this one is much smaller so I'm hopeful my system is relatively clean. I hope you folks can give me a hand. Thanks in advance.
