Hello,

I have just hooked my Xbox 360 up to my Media center PC to stream Hi Def content and DivX/Xvid using transcode 360.

My 360 loads and reads all the videos i have and also any images, but it will not load any audio files that i have in my music folder.

I have my folder set to share and have it set up in windows media connect to share but when i try to load through the 360 media center...no audio loads or folders show up.

All of my music is in MP3 format.

Can anyone help me out?

Cheers!

Hello skirpy and welcome to G2G, thumbsup.gif

Please perform the following:

Start you Xbox360 and go to the dashboard
Go to the SYSTEM tab and press "A"
Go to the Computers Subsection and press "A"
On the right side of the screen under WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER PC, does it say that you are currently connected to anything, if so what? <reply 1>
hit your "B" button to go back to the SYSTEM tab
Go to the NETWORK SETTINGS and and press "A"
Go to TEST MEDIA CONNECTION and press "A"
When it is done, please copy all the information from the completed tests that FAILED by opening the EDIT SETTINGS sections of the failed items.
