Problem has been solved. I figured out something so simple, turns out they are false positives. All the erroed files were from the Firefox Profile and I figured out you should not be browsing while doing CHKDSk. It is what caused the problems, I tested it out. I did CHKDSK 2 times while browsing and I got the errors and twice without browsing and everything was fine.

Yesterday my C:\ Drive went dead I managed to get it working using CHKDSK thry Recovery Console, I used the Maxtor HDD Tester Software and it said the HDD was dying, since I got it to work, I booted it up, opened up True Image and used the Clone Feature of True Image to make clone of it to my other HDD. I am now using the new HDD I tested it using the Maxtor HDD Tester and it said it was working perfectly fine, but I seem to have a weird problem, I did a CHKDSK C: and I got errors so I ran CHKDSK C: /f to fix it but when I restarted and it did the test it found nothing, so I ran CHKDSK C: few times and this is what I got.

I ran it twice and different problems came up, I ran it once more this time no problems. This is very weird, I do not know what it going on, I am thinking this is due to the Cloning from a dead HDD or what is going on?

If you can help that will be great, Thanks.
