Connecting My Xbox to my Laptop to play on screen(NOT XBOX LIVE), i want to connect my xbox to my laptop to play on my screen

Can ne1 help me and/ or tell me how to do this as cheap as possible and prefferably with out spending over 30-40$. Ok I need to connect my xbox to my laptop as it would act like a tv. ALL HELP IS APPRICIATED biggrin.gif

If you check your video card, see if it supports s-video or vga or anything like that.

Or if you can find some way of getting scart with a vga end or scart end then your sorted lol

for this to work y ou'd need some form of VIDEO IN conection on your LT...most of the time LT's only come with extra video OUT connections....i'm not an xbox maniac or anything like that so i'm not sure EXACTLY what you'd need...but i would assume you'd need some form of TV tuner card

You would indeed need a TV tuner card (They might make those in pcmcia, not sure). It looks like the Xbox needs composite, or possibly component, connections. Composite (the red, yellow, white connectors that most people use) are your best bet.
