Hi Koukie
There are many things to help. I will start with some basic stuff and others will add on. 1) go to add remove programs in control panel and remove any programs you do not use. 2)Download adaware and spybot and atf run these for a cleanup. Linnk for programs 3) In my signature is a link to Tuneup trial.Download this and run the disk cleaner and the registry cleaner - both on the second tab.Then run the registry defrag on the optimize tab. 4)Run a defrag on your hard drive Start>accessories>system tools >defrag. Yes those are all things you DO want to do but if you're going to run XP i suggest a minimum amount of 256mb of RAM, 128 just isn't enough...
