Lots of bad spyware - Spyware Doctor Can't remove!

Hi,
I use kaspersky and spyware doctor and I just did two kaspersky and spyware doctor cleans but when I restart my computer and scan with spyware doctor, these files are still here:

"2nd-thought.com trojan"
"eXact advertising"
"Known bad sites"
"VX2.look2me"
"EliteBar"
"Adware.Defender"
"seeq toolbar"
"CWS trojan"

I don't download [bleep] or anything, the only virus/malware I've ever run is "Usenext account generator" but then I reinstalled windows after half-deleting it.
Now, 2 days later and only installing things like office or backups I know aren't infected, I still have this thing.

Can someone give me some help?
