I want to use a proxy, but don't understand how to. I'm using internet explorer (current version I think).
I tried to go under internet option and enter a address and port but I dont know what im doing, plus I see dial up BS everywhere, and dont know where to enter info.

Can someone explain to me how to connect to one using IE, and give me a realiable website with some on it?

(if this question is not allowed or in the wrong place, SUE ME)

We never sue anyone, it's too costly. We just crash their computers.

What is the reason you are wanting a proxy? It will slow down surfing and gaming. Do you need anonimity or are you trying to follow obscure prompts from mysterious software?

We can tell you more if we know what exactly you are trying to do.
