I have Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 and run an up to date Windows XP Home Edition computer. Over the past couple of months the software has failed to run. Whenever I attempt to create a dvd menu, and error message saying the system has encountered a problem and needs to close is displayed.

The software did work previously about 4 months ago, then one day just stopped. I have attempted to unistall and reinstall it, yet to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. You could go over to Roxio's web page and see if they have any software updates for your product.

Thanks but I've tried all of that, and even posted problem for Roxio, who seem to have ignored it. It's just ridiculous that I have bought some software, which has stopped working within a few months, and I do not know why. Somebody suggested windows updates, but that is ridiculous, as other software should stop also.

Thanks again.
