Ok, I recently bought a mp3/mp4 device and and I was wondering how I could upload a video to it. I DO NOT want to use iTunes to do it. I just got done uninstalling it becuase I am sick of iPods! So what would be the best way to go about uploading a video in avi format to a mp3.pm4 device. I know it has to be converted to mp4 format , I just wasn't sure which software to use.

although I could do that and spend hours searching for a program that worked for me, I thought it would be easier just to ask someone who already knew about a good one.
