How to remove Trojan horse from quaranteen, It is quaranteened in Free AVG anti-virus

I am running windows XP home on my laptop and use AVG free anti-spyware.
I have just discovered I have a Trojan horse in my AVG guaranteen....now what???
The Trojan horse is descibed as "Trojan horse PSW.lineage.PQ"
The file name is " InstallOptions.dll"
12.5KB

Now that it is in guaranteen...what do i do?
