Mcafee uninstall, can not do a full uninstall of Mcafee missing dll's

OS: windows XP SP2
Having a problem uninstalling mcafee.com and other components. Only thing I have left is VSO folder can nnot get rid of it>I do not have permission to acesss! angry.gif helpsmilie.gif

A long time ago I found a nifty little program called Unlocker that will remove almost anything that "cannot be deleted".
