How to remove virus Trojan

OS: win98se
My computer offen got freezed and some times slow, after scaned by McAfee free scan found the virus name: Exploit-Byteverity, virus type: Trojan Java Applet, the infacted files: C:\windows\temp\OCFFEEA90.TMP\installer.class. Also Spybot can't detect and remove it, how can it removed? Thanks.
