Have been encountering difficulty in converting wav. files to mp3 utilizing DP Poweramp Music Converter. I previously recorded using Microsoft Sound Recorder music off of home made VCR to wav file. I then utilized the above mentioned program to convert from wav. to Mp3, however when I have tried to convert music from home-made cassettes(music recorded from phonograph to cassette) the program will not convert to MP3 although it goes through all the motions and is indicating a wav. file 1 to 1 compression.
