Remotes, What remotes work for Vista Media Center?

OS: XP and Vista
I have Vista Home Premium and would like a remote that can control Vista Media Center and, perhaps other programs, like Media Player and iTunes. Do XP remotes work on Vista? Any ideas? I saw one from Ricavision, that looked pretty amazing, but I am not sure I really need to check my email from a remote.
