How to install XP on Compaq Presario C502TU?

I brought a laptop Compaq Presario C502TU 2 days ago, I been installed the XP insteaded of preinstalled Vista HOME basic, now the problem is all the driver support in the HP website just cant install. so the sound card doesnt works. anyone have ideas to make the XP running smooth in the Compaq Presario C502TU?!

I had the same probem with the 2100. I was trying to install them from the Compaq/HP website direct and got a message about not being suitable so I downoaded them and then ran them from my hard disk and this worked for me. Hope it helps you.
