PLZ! HELP!, Channels Detected but No Picture!!

OK so my pc has a built in tuner, I previously had XP MCE running! upgraded to Vista
Ultimate and now media center detects the channels and has the guides.......but I can't get sound or picture?!?

Its probably something really simple, but just dont know what!

ok fixed the problem! it was a Haupage tuner!

all i did was remove all the drivers and re-installed them, fixed the problem straight away!

sorry to bother anyone.........problem sorted!
