SPAM MAIL: How do i get rid of it?

Hello,

I recieve spam mail to my outlook account. I always add it to junk senders list but it keeps comming back.

how do i get rid of it once and for all?

The SPAM message always says: (PLEASE NOTE, CONTENT MAY OFFEND SOME READERS)

looks like "rr" has something to do with it,

Is there any 'police' like organisation i can report it to, its really REALLY starting to anoy me.


then i get a whole lot of other ones,, but this is the most repeated one.

Change email addresses. Seriously.
This is the only real resolution short of filtering it all out.
