really need some help, Ran all the stuff to remove malware and still having several problems

I ran all the tools listed in the malware section and I am still having some problems with my computer running slowly, and I am still unable to enable norton auto protect. Not sure of the problem but I was pointed to this section by another administrator. Here is my hijack this log:
