Hello,

I have a problem with my new pc. It is 3 weeks old. Everything went well untill today. Whenb I returned to my computer after taken a brake, my computer didn't start anymore. After I did a restart, there appeared weird symbols and smiley's on the screen. I could only open it in safe mode. But when i did this my screen was filled with vertical pink lines and my resolution was set to the minimum (600-800). Norman antivirus doesn't detect any virus.

Please could someone help me. Sorry for my poor English.

I had a similar problem like yours. At the end my graphics card had to be fixed.
