keep pop-up internet explorer problem

OS: Windows XP
my computer keep pop-up internet explorer,but it don't show at taskbar or desktop.
i clean my internet explorer history,and leave a while.
any then i saw many website in my history again,but i never visited that website.
i close all the internet explorer but i still can heard the website keep refresh.(i think that website is hiding,because it don't show the website at taskbar or desktop.when i heard the website refresh, i just can Crtl+Alt+Del and select IEXPLORE.EXE and click end process.
and i try many software but it still pop-up the internet explorer.
it make my internet speed and system run very slow,i really hope someone can help me!!
