new system help..

specs :
asus psn32-sli se deluxe mobo
6600 core2duo
7900gtx
2 gigs of kingston ram
150gig raptor hdd
700watt power supply..

Problem:
everything is plugged in correctly, and everything turns on when i power it up. Problem is my monitor stays black, and im not sure why. its gettin signal, just no bios screen.

any ideas? Ive tried switching the ram around and making sure the cpu fan was on tight..

Can you remove the video card from the PCIe slot then reinsert it.
Are you sure the 6pin PCIe cables are plugged into the card?
Are you hearing any beeps when you start up your computer?
Lastly, this shouldn't be a problem, but can you give me a link to your PSU?

Then if the above doesn't work, try booting without the RAM or hard drive plugged into the motherboard. Can you get into BIOS?

Ya I tried re-seating the gfx card, the power cable is plugged into it. Like I said no beep codes when I power up, and its an OCZ.

Ill try unplugging the hd or ram plugged in, and let you know.
