low disk space

Hey everyone, I just don't get it. My d drive has a ton of space...55.5gb, my c only has 143 mb left of a 13.9gb. what the hec can I do. I've tried deleting stuff off my c drive, a little scared of that. I have no clue what most of this crap is. Any way to change the space on my c, d is really a hog...thanks
