Hello everyone,

I recently bought a Acer aspire 5920, it has a HD DVD drive but i have been having problems. When i first used the drive i had to insert the disc a few times for windows media center to find it. After a few times, it would find it and i could watch the movie (i couldnt fast forward or rewind during it though). Now i bought a new DVD (Transformers special edition) and media center said i needed to update in order to watch. After the update i installed it, then put the dvd in and a box popped up that said media center does not support HD movies. So now the computer will read them but i cant watch them (after i insert the dvd explorer pops up and shows me its there). I downloaded programs that play HD DVDs but it says unsupported disc in drive. I bought this computer so i could have a labtop that watched HD DVD's, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
