I am unable to get any sound when trying to play music/videos through Windows Media Player. I have sound when accessing the internet and when XP is turned on/off. I have tried a few simple checks but cannot sort out the problem. Can anyone help? Thanks Chris |

If you're not already using the latest version of WMP you might solve the problem by installing it:
