Hi,

I am unable to get any sound when trying to play music/videos through Windows Media Player. I have sound when accessing the internet and when XP is turned on/off. I have tried a few simple checks but cannot sort out the problem.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

If you're not already using the latest version of WMP you might solve the problem by installing it:
