unable to uninstall adobe web bundle, tried uninstalling adobe creative suite and macromedia studio but unab

I used the add/remove programs and even followed the run: regedit from adobe site, however, the programs are all here but unusable. How do I completely uninstall the adobe web bundle.

System Restore - Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools.

I did that but I can only restore to October 29, 2007. Creative Suite and Macromedia Studio were installed January 2007.
