OS: server 2003

Hi,

I am having client having setup of 30 users all of them work on autocad files & having file server windows 2003 server. Now the client wants that in the server no one should have delete permission but can have read write & modify. We are able to do so for microsot word excel & powerpnt files but not for autocaad files. We are very much puzzeled since we consider it as a container (shared folder on which permission was applied) & in a container every file must be having same rights. Kindly help asap.
thanks
