OS: Windows Vista Home Premium

Dear Geeks,

I just bought a Compaq SR5254X running Windows Vista Home Premium.
I have two user accounts set up: one is admin and the other is a guest account.

Everything was working perfectly with IE7, then...

When I use IE 7 in the guest account it stalls or hangs when I try to close the window,
this does not happen when I use IE7 in the admin account.

So I called Geek Squad at Best Buy where I purchase it, they told me that
my guest account has no admin privileges so when I try to close the IE7
window it stalls or hangs before completely closing. The Geekk Squad then
told me that I need to use some DOS prompt commands to fix the problem.
So I try to search for help and it got me here.

Please help me. Thanks a million!
