Hey guys,

Apologies if this is in the wrong area, but I'm in urgent need of help, and if any of you know what's up with my Photoshop it would be very much appreciated if you could help me out.

Basically, when I open it up the cursor turns to a "hand" symbol. It stays like this no matter what tool I click on, no matter what I do, and it doesn't actually let me use the program. I'm sure there is a simple method to correct whatever has happened, but I don't know how...

I urgently need to fix it to work on a graphics project for the weekend ... any help is much appreciated!
