I just bought a new computer with VISTA (I hate VISTA...I don't think I will ever learn to use it right).
When I tried to install my HP Officejet printer (the one I used on my old computer with XP), the CD installation CD would not install.
What can I do to make this printer work with my VISTA?

Thanks,
Tim

Hi tennistm,

Perhaps you are trying to install XP drivers onto a Vista machine? Try downloading Vista drivers for your printer.
Also, if that does not work, try giving us a little more info, model of the HP printer, the error it gives you etc thumbsup.gif

The CD probably pre-dates Vista.
Go to HP's website and download a Vista driver from their Support & Drivers section.
