I need help with updating play viewer online. I get an error message t, Please Help me with this.

I recently got FFXI and I get an error message that says Networking problems have occured. POL-1162. Please help me fix this.

were you trying to update when this occured?

Try connecting your broadband modem directly to your system and see if the update goes through.
