Javascript Help Please!

helpsmilie.gif On my site, im trying to make a mouseover news scroller. I've got the mouseover to what i want, but I cant get the scroller to work. I've worked on it for 3 days now and am not getting anywhere. Heres what i have for the variable:

then the mouseover i have:

but it wont show up. Someone please help or atleast tell me if its even possible. Thanks smile.gif
