Don't have language bar on vista?, how to instal??

I have Vista Ultimate on my notebook, new copy installed , but don't have language bar?
pls help?
ho to install it?

Hello Elena_mk...

IF you have multiple language inputs installed on the machine, you can add the Language Bar by right clicking the taskbar, pointing to "Toolbars", and selecting Language Bar from the menu.

If you do not have multiple language input installed, you will have to add an input language first. There is a very good description of how to do that HERE.
