Software that generates screencaps automatically from URL..., Seeking advice to make my life easier - thanks!

I don't even know if such software exists but should be extremely grateful if it does!

I am spending a considerable amount of time taking screen caps from a web cam at the moment (copying into Paint) and wondered if there was a programme to help. The web cam updates automatically (every 10 seconds).

As you can probably tell, I'm a beginner!

Here is a pretty simple image capturing program I use. Easy to use and install + it's free wink.gif
