Looking for topics that haven't received a reply? This works even when the topic starter has replied (or bumped) their own topic, but no one else has replied.
When viewing a forum, click Forum Options, then List unreplied to threads.

I just tried this and it even shows the posts in which only the topic starter has replied to. Nice feature.
