Hello, I just got a new laptop with a fingerprint reader (vista). the software it comes with is Protector Suite Software. This works great with IE but it wont work with Firefox. Supposedly when starting my computer it should have given me the option to activate firefox as a viable browser but never did. Also under options where it says browsers there is only an option to turn on/off IE, not one for firefox. I then tried installing FingerAuth add-on for firefox and supposedly i should have been able to use this program to manage passwords on FF but no such luck. When i start firefox in the bottom right there is a little icon that says "FingerAuth Password Manager: The operating system is not compatible with the program." But on the website it says FingerAuth is fine for Vista. My ultimate goal is to manage passwords on FF.
Thanks so much for the help in advance.
