Thank you for helping me in advance, first off. Ok, so my computer is a Vista machine with PLENTY of hard drive space, barely even over 6 mos. old, and internet is working and pretty fast. When I want to connect to the iTunes store though, I get a message that I CAN'T. It has been this way for months and Apple was of no help. Grr... Anyway, now I work on a Vista machine, and the admin user is slow, and I mean SLOW, but the other user, is fine! I dunno why this is, but only the Admin user can use the itunes store, and the regular user (which is the one I use, and have my itunes on, and my ipod settings and such etc. can't use the itunes store, everything else ON ITUNES, just not the store. So in order for me to get stuff from one "half" of the computer to the other, I have to put it on a disc or flashdrive, and it is getting old. Correction, it GOT OLD 3 MOS AGO! I am fed up and I KNOW there must be a way to get itunes to work. This is my apple diagnostic report. BTW - I x'd out all the info hackers can use. Just for reference. No your not getting my ISP. I am so confused. The formatting is also my doing... Microsoft Windows Vista Home Edition (Build 6000) Dell Inc. Check firewall settings. Make sure that iTunes is allowed to access the internet. Windows Firewall or your own personal firewall software may be blocking iTunes access to the internet so check that and let me know.
