OS: windows vista

i have a new laptop - just setting up security, browser, etc. last night my chat session with a ca associates technician was closed by that technician before my questions were answered. the "technician" wrote "sorry to do this to you..." and the chat box closed. soon after, the window appeared : header - microsoft windows, title - CallingID has stopped working, text - a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

when i click the "close program" button on the lower right corner of the box, the box closes and then within a couple of seconds it opens again in the task bar and opens another window. while it runs my webpages freeze - i've had to reboot my computer numerous times when things freeze up.

i ran the atf cleaner and ran the super antispyware and copied the log. i was unable to run the panda activescan as it said that it could not run for vista yet. i did do a full scan with my trial copy of ca associates security center scan - this scan revealed no threats.

i would appreciate any help that you can give me as to how to proceed from here. i suspect that the chat session was hacked - but it seems almost unbelievable that a chat session with a security company could be hacked. i do not understand how this happened - and maybe its a simple problem to fix. but i cannot figure it out at all. thanks for your help.

here are my logs :

thank you to anyone who viewed this post and took the time to consider how to solve the problem. i uninstalled the ca security center software and purchased another company's security software and the problem went away. whoever checks these can consider this case closed - if you haven't already done so. thanks again.
