geno368,

If you save the file, and then open it that way, does it work? It's possible you don't have file associations set for this type of file within your email program. Do you get an error message, and if so, what is it? Also, what email program are you using?

I am using incredimail and when I click on the attachment, it displays "done" but has a blank screen with no error message.
