Please help, I have the latest version of itunes but i won't connect to the internet, itunes store works perfectly I have trouble trying to update my ipod software, it just comes up with 'no internet connection' even when i've got good connection. I've run a diagnostic and it shows no internet connection, what should I do please help thankyou

I've had the same exact problem (in windows) I just reinstalled itunes and wit worked fine
