Any quality free anti-virus and antispyware out there, o
out of my league

I just bought system suite 8 powered by trend micro and I am having all kinds of problems with it.
I cant get it to update correctly, since Ive downloaded it my computer is running very slow.

I would suggest contacting trend micro for support since you purchased it. Have you already removed it from your computer? If not you shouldn't install any other Antivirus program as they are known to conflict.

There are a good number of antivirus programs (free):

Avast!

AVG antivirus

are two that come to mind.
