I go to "Test Media Connection" on my 360 and...

Network Adapter: Wired
IP Address: Confirmed
PC Selected: Failed

I've read tutorials yet everything it tells me to do...I've already done.

BTW, I have Windows XP SP2 and a Linksys BEFSR41 router.

Are you connecting the Xbox to the computer direcly to the router or to your computer? I have had mine connected to my router and a computer directly. If you have it connected to your computer you need to setup a network bridge between you wireless LAN and you wired LAN. If you have it connected it through the router you need to make that your Windows Media Player has been configured to see the Xbox..

This has alot of good info about configuring your computers settings.
