Hello everyone. I am just a simple man who cannot solve his computer tragedies. I went away for two days, came back, and WHAM! Ultra slow computer. It would really help if someone can help me. PLEASE!

I have around 500 mb ram and running on an insignia computer. I never had a problem like this before. Now i can't play gunbound (sob).

click on task manager
under process tab
wats using the most cpu
